Eivind discovered Bali like many others, as a visitor seeking something different from the conventional travel experience.
But where others saw vacation opportunities, he recognized the potential for a new kind of residential development. His background in business strategy taught him to identify market gaps, and in Bali's housing market, he found a significant one: quality apartments designed for people who planned to stay longer than a weekend.
